Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final: Due to the handmade and custom nature of our soy candles and wax melts, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at Soyfulscentsations@iCloud.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will happily send a replacement or issue store credit.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 business days.
